At Gallup Title Company we offer services such as Title Insurance, Closing Services, and Title Searches. We service McKinley County. Our turn around time for a title order is 3-5 business days provided there are no title issues. Bigger transactions may be quoted different

Title Insurance

We offer Owner's Policies and Loan Policies with title insurance.
An Owner's Policy is issued when there is a purchase of a property. It ensures full protection for the buyer
A Loan Policy is issued when a property is refinanced. It is meant to protect the loan interest.

Closing Services

Our Closing Services are offered when there is a closing on a property.
This can be property being purchased or property being refinanced.
You can contact us with any questions regarding closing.

Searches

Searches are done when one needs to know ownership of a property, or to make sure that the property is free and clear.
We do deed search, mortgage liens, judgement tax, foreclosure, etc.

Fees

Searches - Begin at $275.00 + tax

Title Insurance :

Commitments begin at $100.00
Owner's and loan policies will depend on the title premium located below.

Bigger transactions may be quoted differently

Copies of Deeds or Surveys - $25.00 + tax
